Tepi Barat adalah wilayah pegunungan. Terbagi menjadi tiga wilayah, yaitu [[Samaria|Gunung Nablus]] (Jabal Nablus), Perbukitan Hebron, dan Pegunungan Yerusalem (Jibal al–Quds). [[Samaria|Perbukitan Samaria]] dan [[Perbukitan Yudea]] merupakan jajaran pegunungan di Tepi Barat, dengan Gunung Nabi Yunus setinggi 1.030 meter (3.380 kaki) di [[Kegubernuran Hebron|Provinsi Hebron]] sebagai puncak tertingginya. Hingga abad ke-19, Hebron merupakan kota tertinggi di Timur Tengah. Sementara Yerusalem terletak di dataran tinggi di dataran tinggi tengah dan dikelilingi oleh lembah-lembah. Wilayahnya terdiri dari lembah-lembah yang subur, seperti Lembah Jezreel dan Lembah Sungai Yordan. Palestina merupakan rumah bagi pohon zaitun terbesar di dunia, yang terletak di Yerusalem. Sekitar 45% lahan Palestina digunakan untuk menanam pohon zaitun. Palestina memiliki danau dan sungai penting yang memainkan peran penting dalam geografi dan ekosistemnya.
