Hi! I am wondering if you could help me with a confusing issue.
A few years ago, a user that you later blocked created the article [[Diffa (departamen)]], and presumably articles about other departments of Niger. However, Niger changed the terminology from "department" to "region" around 2006 -- and in addition to that, they changed the terminology for the level below that from "arrondissement" to "department"! When the current regions and departments have the same names (e.g. [[:en:Diffa Region]] and [[:en:Diffa Department]]) things get ''very'' confusing, especially for those of us running interwiki bots trying to solve conflicts.
So what I am asking from you is to move the articles on the regions of Niger from "X (departamen)" to "X (region)" (or whatever the word for "region" is in Indonesian), so that it gets less confusing.
