Pada 12 Desember 2013, [[Joey Jordison]] dikabarkan berpisah dengan SlipKnoT seperti yang ditulis di website resmi SlipKnoT, namun pada tanggal 2 Januari 2014 pukul 10:49 waktu setempat, Joey mengklarifikasi melalui akun Facebook<ref>[https://www.facebook.com/JoeyJordison/posts/637147179660203 Facebook]</ref> resminya bahwa ia tidak keluar dari SlipKnoT.
