Jawatankuasa Kepanduan Regional Asia-Pasifik terdiri dari sepuluh orang dari ahli Pertubuhan Pengakap Negara di Wilayah Asia-Pasifik yang akan dipilih oleh persidangan secara rahsia untuk masa jabatan enam tahun. Ketua Jawatankuasa adalah pemimpin Regional Asia-Pasifik, yang dipilih dari antara ahli jawatankuasa. Ketua saat ini adalah [[Jejomar Binay]] dari [[Filipina]]. Salah satu fungsi utamanya adalah untuk bertindak atas nama Persidangan antara mesyuarat dan mengangkat sub-jawatankuasa atau jawatankuasa kajian apabila diperlukan. Ada enam sub-jawatankuasa 2009-2012, iaitu Program, Sokongan Anggota Dewasa, Pengurusan, Sumber Kewangan, Profil Pengakap dan Pertumbuhan Keahlian. Semua ahli dicalonkan dari anggota Pertubuhan Kepanduan Nasional yang menjadi Ahli Regional Asia-Pasifik, dengan perwakilan pemuda, Anggota Dewasa Muda, yang dipilih dari Forum Pemuda Wilayah Asia-Pasifik.
