Operasi Linda Nchi[47] ("Lindungi negara";[48] bahasa Swahili: Linda Nchi[49]) adalah operasi militer terkoordiansi antara militer Somalia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Perancis, serta (dituduh terlibat) Amerika Serikat, yang dimulai pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2011 ketika tentara Kenya menyeberangi perbatasan dan memasuki Somalia selatan.[50] Pasukan tersebut menarget militan Al-Shabaab yang dituduh telah menculik beberapa wisatawan dan relawan asing di Kenya.[51] Menurut Menteri Luar Negeri Ethiopia, operasi ini merupakan salah satu dari tahap akhir dalam pemberontakan Islamis selama Perang Saudara Somalia.[52]
