Shahbaz Bhatti
Shahbaz Bhatti (9 September 1968 – 2 Maret 2011)[1] adalah seorang politikus Pakistan dan anggota terpilih Majelis Nasional sejak 2008.[2] Ia adalah Menteri Federal Warga Minoritas pertama[1] sejak 2008 sampai pembunuhannya pada 2 Maret 2011 di Islamabad.[3] Bhatti, seorang penganut Katolik Roma, ia mengkritik hukum penghujatan Pakistan dan satu-satunya penganut Kristen di Kabinet Pakistan.[4] Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan mengklaim bertanggun jawab atas pembunuhannya dan menyebutnya penghujat Muhammad.[5]. Sedangkan para pemimpin dari Australia,[6] Kanada,[7] Prancis,[8] Jerman,[9] India,[10] Spanyol,[8] Inggris,[11] Amerika Serikat,[11] Vatikan[5] mengungkapkan keterkejutan mereka dan mengecam pembunuhan tersebut.
