Jalur Kereta Timur (Hanzi: 東鐵綫) adalah sebuah jalur kereta api berat MTR yang berada di Hong Kong. Jalur ini dahulu merupakan satu dari tiga jalur dalam jaringan Kowloon–Canton Railway (KCR). Jalur ini dikenal dengan nama KCR British Section (九廣鐵路英段) sejak 1910 hingga 1996,^[3]^{[butuh sumber yang lebih baik]} dan Kereta Timur KCR (九廣東鐵) sejak 1996 hingga 2007. The East Rail was the only railway line of the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) before the construction of KCR West Rail (now known as West Rail line).
