Hubungan Amerika Serikat dengan Turki merujuk kepada hubungan bilateral antara Amerika Serikat dan Turki. Hubungan setelah Perang Dunia II berubah dari Konferensi Kairo Kedua pada Desember 1943 dan keterlibatan Turki pada Pernag Dunia II di pihak Sekutu pada Februari 1945. Pada tahun berikutnya, Turki menjadi anggota carter Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa.[1]
