Peter Carl Ludwig Schwarz[1] (Julian: 23 Mei 1822,[1] Danzig-Gdańsk – 17 September 1894; Gregorian: 4 Juni 1822 – 29 September 1894,[2] St. George's?; Dikebumikan: Tartu)[1] (yang lebih umum disebut sebagai Ludwig Schwarz),[2] adalah seorang astronom Jerman Baltik[3] dari Kekaisaran Rusia, penjelajah, dan profesor[1] astronomi di Universitas Dorpat[4] yang dianugerahi dengan Medali Konstantin dari Perhimpunan Geografi Kekaisaran Rusia.[5] Schwarz juga menerima Penghargaan Demidov[5] dari Akademi Sains St. Petersburg pada 1865 atas jasanya dalam geodesi.[5]
