Jose Diokno
Jose Wright Diokno GCrL (Tagalog: [ˈdʒɔknɔ], 26 Februari 1922 – 27 Februari 1987), juga dikenal sebagai "Ka Pepe", adalah seorang nasionalis, pengacara dan negarawan Filipina. Dianggap sebagai "Bapak Advokasi Hak Asasi Manusia di Filipina",[2] ia menjabat sebagai Senator Filipina, Menteri Kehakiman, ketua pendiri Komisi Hak Asasi Manusia dan pendiri Free Legal Assistance Group (FLAG), kelompok utama pengacara HAM Filipina.
