Paramount land
Paramount Land merupakan bagian dari PT Paramount Enterprise International. Bergerak dalam pengembangan kota mandiri, mencangkup pengembangan beragam fungsi, real estat, komersial, hingga pergudangan.[1] Proyek pertama dan signifikan Paramount Land dalam pengembangan kota mandiri adalah kawasan Gading Serpong, sebuah kota urban yang terletak di Barat Jakarta, tepatnya di Kabupaten Tangerang. Kawasan ini memiliki lokasi strategis karena terhubung dengan jalan tol Jakarta-Merak yang membuatnya dekat menuju area perekonomian Jakarta.[2]
Paramount Land memiliki 50% bagian dari total luas Gading Serpong yang memiliki luas 1.500 hektar.[3] Gading Serpong dibuat menjadi kota mandiri yang modern dengan adanya infrastruktur memadai seperti ROW jalan yang besar dan terjaga, akses menuju tol yang memadai, adanya pasar modern, area komersial, mall, pusat pendidikan dan perkantoran, serta perumahan dengan sistem cluster.[4] Total penduduk di Gading Serpong, kota yang turut dibangun Parmaount Land, kini mencapai lebih dari 100.000 orang.[5][1]
