Urgent: Template not working in print mode.

@미솔파 @RaFaDa20631 this template is currently incompatible with printed pages.

I tried to fix this template as part of phab:T369874 but it was blocked per an AbuseFilter rule (if you could disable that rule for staff / sysops that would be appreciated).

Please update this template per the latest recommendations in mw:Recommendations_for_night_mode_compatibility_on_Wikimedia_wikis#Target_night_mode_using_standard_media_query_as_well_as_HTML_classes:

• Wrap any style containing html.skin-theme-clientpref-night with `@media screen`.
• Replace `@media (prefers-color-scheme: dark)` with `@media screen and (prefers-color-scheme: dark)`
