Yakovlev Yak-1 adalah pesawat tempur Perang Dunia II Soviet. Diproduksi sejak awal 1940, itu adalah pesawat udara bersayap sepasang kursi tunggal dengan struktur komposit dan sayap kayu.[1]

Yak-1 adalah sangat bermanuver, cepat dan baik bersenjata,[1] dan, sama pentingnya, itu mudah untuk mempertahankan dan dapat diandalkan.[2] Ini membentuk dasar yang sangat baik untuk perkembangan selanjutnya dari biro Yakovlev. Bahkan itu adalah pendiri keluarga pesawat, dengan beberapa 37.000 sedang dibangun.[3][4] Sebagai imbalan, desainer Alexander Yakovlev dianugerahi Order of Lenin (Rusia: Орден Ленина, Orden Lenina) -.
