Trygve Magnus Haavelmo (Skedsmo, 13 Desember 1911 - 28 Juli 1999) ialah seorang ekonom berkebangsaan Norwegia yang dianugerahi Nobel Ekonomi tahun 1989 untuk kerjanya di bidang ekonometri dan ekonomi matematika.

Haavelmo memulai kariernya sebagai murid Ragnar Anton Kittil Frisch di Universitas Oslo. Ia mendapatkan gelar doktor dalam ilmu ekonomi pada tahun 1946. Ia adalah seorang staf di Departemen Perdagangan dari tahun 1947 hingga 1948 dan juga profesor dalam bidang ekonomi masyarakat dan statistik di Universitetet i Oslo antara tahun 1948–1979.
