Jermain Colin Defoe (lahir 7 Oktober 1982) adalah pemain sepak bola Inggris berdarah St. Lucia dan Dominika yang bermain sebagai penyerang untuk Bournemouth di Liga Primer Inggris dan tim nasional Inggris.
Defoe memulai karier di akademi sepak bola Charlton Athletic saat berusia 14 tahun, kemudian bergabung menjadi pemain yunior West Ham United saat berusia 16 tahun. Ia kemudian bermain untuk tim utama West Ham pada musim 2001-02. Defoe kemudian bergabung dengan Tottenham pada tahun 2004. Setelah empat tahun di sana, ia kemudian bergabung dengan Portsmouth selama satu musim. Defoe kembali bergabung dengan Tottenham pada bulan Januari 2009.
Defoe memperkuat timnas Inggris sejak tahun 2004. Hingga September 2010, ia telah mencatatkan 46 kali penampilan dan 15 gol.[3]
