Asian Highway 1 (AH1) adalah jalur terpanjang yang dibangun oleh Asian Highway Network, sejauh 20,557 kilometer (12,774 mi) dari Tokyo, Jepang melewati Semenanjung Korea, China, Hong Kong, Asia Tenggara, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, dan Iran hingga perbatasan antara Turki dengan Bulgaria sebelah barat Istanbul tempat berakhirnya jalur AH1 dan berlanjut dengan jalur European route E80.

1200 km[1] jalur AH1 telah dibangun sejak bulan November tahun 2003.[2] yang diikuti pembangunan jalur toll expressways:[3]
- Shuto Expressway C1 Inner Circular Route, Edobashi JCT to Tanimachi JCT lewat Takebashi JCT
- Shuto Expressway Route 3 Shibuya Line, Tanimachi JCT ke Yoga Exit (Tokyo Interchange)
- Tōmei Expressway,[4] Tokyo Interchange ke Komaki
- Meishin Expressway, Komaki to Suita lewat Kyoto
- Chūgoku Expressway, Suita ke Kobe
- San'yō Expressway, Kobe ke Yamaguchi lewat Hiroshima
- Chūgoku Expressway, Yamaguchi ke Shimonoseki
- Kanmonkyo Bridge, Shimonoseki ke Kitakyushu
- Kyūshū Expressway, Kitakyushu ke Fukuoka

Dari Fukuoka, AH1 naik Camellia Line ferry ke Busan, Korea Selatan. Atau lewat Terowongan Bawah Laut Jepang–Korea.
Korea Selatan
Jalur AH1 di Korea Selatan hanya mengikuti jalur Gyeongbu Expressway, jalur yang menghubungkan antara Korea Selatan dengan Korea Utara

Sambungan ke E80
Jalur AH1 juga dsambung dengan E80 di Turki yang berlanjut ke E-road network dari pos perbatasan di wilayah Kapitan Andreevo/Kapıkule ke Sofia di Bulgaria, terus menyambung ke Niš, Pristina, Dubrovnik, Pescara, Rome, Genoa, Nice, Toulouse, Burgos, Valladolid, Salamanca dan berakhir di Lisbon di pesisir Samudra Atlantik.
