Manche Ch'ol adalah suku Maya yang pernah menuturkan bahasa Ch'ol yang mendiami bagian paling selatan dari wilayah yang kini dikenal dengan sebutan Departemen Petén, Guatemala, serta wilayah sekitaran Danau Izabal (juga disebut sebagai Golfo Dulce) dan Belize selatan.[1] Manche Ch'ol mengambil nama Manche dari nama permukiman utama mereka.
