Shefa-'Amr, juga Shfar'am (bahasa Arab: شفاعمرو, Šafā ʻAmr, Ibrani: שְׁפַרְעָם, Šəfarʻam) adalah kota yang didominasi oleh Arab di Distrik Utara Israel. Menurut Biro Pusat Statistik Israel (CBS), pada akhir 2009 kota tersebut memiliki jumlah penduduk sebesar 35,300 jiwa.
