Kincir air adalah sebuah mesin yang memakai energi air mengalir atau terjun untuk dijadikan sumber daya tenaga yang berguna, sering kali dalam kilang tenaga air. Kincir air terdiri dari sebuah roda (biasanya terbuat dari kayu atau metal)
