Gerakan pengekangan diri adalah sebuah gerakan sosial melawan konsumsi minuman beralkohol. Para anggota gerakan tersebut biasanya mengkritik efek mabuk dari alkohol atau mempromosikan pantangan penuh (teetotalisme), dengan para pemimpinnya memajukan efek negatif alkohol pada kesehatan, kepribadian, dan kehidupan keluarga.
