Awal kehidupan
Reaser lahir di pinggiran Detroit Bloomfield Hills. Orangtuanya adalah Karen Davidson (née Weidman) dan John Reaser.[3] Dia adalah anak tengah dari tiga bersaudara.[3] Pada tahun 1995, ibunya menikah dengan pengusaha miliarder William Davidson.[3][4][5]
Reaser bersekolah di Academy of the Sacred Heart di Bloomfield Hills[6] dan Avondale High School di Auburn Hills[7] di mana dia lulus pada tahun 1993. Setelah SMA, dia kuliah di Universitas Oakland selama satu tahun,[8] kemudian kuliah di Drama Division Sekolah Juilliard (1995–1999, Grup 28),[9] di mana dia lulus dengan gelar Bachelor of Fine Arts pada tahun 1999.[2][8]
