Nikodemit, biasanya istilah ejekan, adalah orang yang diduga mengelewengkan keyakinan agama asli mereka dengan memberikan pernyataan palsu dan menyembunyikan keyakinan asli.[1][2]

Diperkenalkan dalam pembahasan agama abad ke-16, keadaan ini timbul pada abad ke-18 dan seterusnya. Ini biasanya diterapkan kepada orang-orang dari posisi relijius konservatif secara terbuka dan praktik yang diam-diam dianggap humanistik atau reformasi. Aslinya banyak dipakai oleh umat Protestan, istilah tersebut juga kemudian dipakai umat Katolik.[3]
