Paul Collier
Sir Paul Collier, CBE (lahir 23 April 1949)[1] adalah dosen ekonomi dan kebijakan umum di Blavatnik School of Government di Universitas Oxford.

Ia juga merupakan direktur International Growth Centre, direktur Centre for the Study of African Economies, dan anggota St Antony's College, Oxford.
Sejak 1998 sampai 2003, ia menjabat sebagai direktur Development Research Group di Bank Dunia. Majalah Foreign Policy memasukkan Collier ke daftar pemikir global terbaik tahun 2010 dan 2011.[2][3] Collier saat ini menjabat sebagai anggota dewan penasihat Academics Stand Against Poverty (ASAP).
