Graham H. Twelftree (kelahiran 8 Juli 1950) adalah seorang sarjana biblikal kelahiran Australia yang menjabat sebagai Kepala Akademi di London School of Theology di London, UK. Setelah meraih gelar master-nya dari Universitas Oxford, Twelftree mendapatkan pembelajaran di bawah bimbingan sarjana Perjanjian Baru terkenal di dunia James D. G. Dunn di Universitas Nottingham.
