Kosmos 954

Kosmos 954 (Rusia: Космос 954) adalah satelit pengintai yang diluncurkan oleh Uni Soviet pada tahun 1977. Sebuah kerusakan mencegah pemisahan yang aman reaktor nuklir onboard; ketika satelit masuk kembali atmosfer Bumi pada tahun berikutnya itu tersebar puing-puing radioaktif atas Kanada utara, mendorong operasi pembersihan yang luas.
