Deklarasi Kemerdekaan Palestina adalah sebuah pernyataan yang ditulis oleh penyair Palestina Mahmoud Darwish dan diproklamasikan oleh Yasser Arafat pada tanggal 15 November 1988. Deklarasi ini sebelumnya[1] telah disetujui oleh Dewan Nasional Palestina, badan legislatif Organisasi Pembebasan Palestina (PLO), dengan suara 253 mendukung, 46 menentang, dan 10 abstain.
