Pengepungan Malta (juga dikenal sebagai Pengepungan Besar Malta) terjadi pada tahun 1565 ketika Kesultanan Utsmaniyah menyerbu Malta. Ksatria Hospitaller berhasil memenangkan pertempuran ini.
