Kapal perusak kelas Mutsuki (睦月型駆逐艦 , Mutsukigata kuchikukan) merupakan sebuah kelas kapal perusak yang terdiri dari dua belas kapal dan bagian dari Angkatan Laut Kekaisaran Jepang.[3] Semua kapal dalam kelas ini diberi nama bulan dalam kalender cina (fase bulan). beberapa pihak berpendapat bahwa Kapal perusak kelas-Kamikaze (1922)dan Kapal perusak kelas Mutsuki adalah ekstensi dari Kapal perusak kelas-Minekaze sebelumnya.[4]
Pembangunan kapal perusak kelas Mutsuki disetujui sebagai bagian dari pembangunan kekuatan maritim Kekaisaran Jepang, setelah keluarnya Jepang dari Washington Naval Treaty efektif sejak tahun 1923.[5]
Tidak ada satupun kapal dari kelas Mutsuki yang selamat dari perang.[6]
