This template is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It could be used by the template {{Lang}} with language code or to include articles in Category:Articles containing bahasa Odia-language text, if the category was created (using {{Category articles containing non-English-language text |bahasa Odia |or}}). For example: {{Lang |or |some text in bahasa Odia}}, which wraps the text with <span lang="or">. Also available is {{Lang-or |some text in bahasa Odia}} which displays as bahasa Oriya: some text in bahasa Odia.
It is used by {{or icon}} and {{Link language|or}} to display the language of an external link. These templates could add articles to Category:Articles with bahasa Odia-language external links, if the category was created (using {{Non-English-language external links category |code=or |name=bahasa Odia}}).
