David Atlee Phillips

David Atlee Phillips (31 Oktober 1922 – 7 Juli 1988) adalah seorang pejabat Central Intelligence Agency selama 25 tahun an penerima Career Intelligence Medal. Phillips menjabat sebagai kepala operasi CIA untuk hemisfer Barat. Pada 1975, ia mendirikan Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO), sebuah asosiasi alumni yang terdiri dari para pejabat intelijensi dari seluruh layanan.
