The Tao of Pooh adalah sebuah buku yang ditulis oleh Benjamin Hoff. Buku tersebut ditujukan sebagai pengenalan sistem kepercayaan Timur Taoisme untuk orang-orang Barat. Karya tersebut secara alegori memakai karakter-karakter fiksi dari cerita-cerita Winnie-the-Pooh karya A. A. Milne untuk menjelaskan prinsip-prinsip dasar dari filsafat Taoisme. Hoff kemudian menulis The Te of Piglet, sebuah buku susulan.
