Pahlawan Kembar Maya

Pahlawan Kembar Maya adalah tokoh utama dalam kisah yang diceritakan di dalam Popol Vuh dari Kerajaan K'iche'. Mereka disebut Hunahpu dan Xbalanque dalam bahasa K’iche’. Dua saudara kembar ini juga telah ditemukan dalam karya seni dari zaman Klasik (200–900 M). Mereka digambarkan sebagai kekuatan yang saling melengkapi, seperti kehidupan dan kematian, langit dan bumi, hari dan malam, matahari dan bulan, dan lain-lain.
