Peperangan Italia, yang sering disebut sebagai Peperangan Italia Besar dan terkadang disebut sebagai Peperangan Habsburg–Valois atau Peperangan Renaissance, adalah serangkaian konflik dari 1494 sampai 1559. Perang tersebut melibatkan kebanyakan negara kota Italia, Negara Gereja, kebanyakan negara-negara besar di Eropa Barat (Perancis, Spanyol, Kekaisaran Romawi Suci, Inggris) serta Kekaisaran Ottoman.
