George Lopez
George Edward Lopez (lahir 23 April 1961)) adalah seorang pelawak, aktor, dan pembawa acara dari Amerika.[1] Lopez membintangi banyak komedi yang merupakan ciptaannya sendiri.[1] Komedi ini mempunyai cerita beralur budaya Meksiko.[1]

Kehidupan
Lopez berdarah Meksiko-Amerika, lahir tahun 1961 di Mission Hills, California.[2] Sejak lahir, dia telah ditinggalkan ayahnya, tetapi dibesarkan oleh nenek dari pihak ibu, Benita Gutierrez, seorang pekerja pabrik.[2] Pada tahun 1993, Lopez menikah dengan Ann Serrano dan memiliki satu anak.[2] Lopez juga merupakan seorang pemain golf yang tampil pada tahun 2004 dalam Bob Hope Chrysler Classic and 2004 AT & T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.[2] Lopez meraih penghargaan sebagai top ranking di penyelesaian turnamen golf itu.[2] Sejak tahun 2006, Lopez menjadi anggota Lakeside Country Club di Burbank.[2] Lopez juga aktif dalam kegiatan sosial.[2] Dia mendirikan Manny Mota, sebuah yayasan masyarakat di Los Angeles.[2] Lopez menerima penghargaan People for the American Way oleh pemimpin Los Angeles, karena aktif dalam membantu korban gempa bumi di El Salvador dan Guatemala.[2]
