Penyantunan

Penyantunan merujuk kepada hubungan antara tamu dan tuan rumah, dimana tuan rumah menerima tamu dengan niat baik, termasuk pelayanan dan hiburan terhadap para tamu, pengunjung atau orang asing. Louis, chevalier de Jaucourt mendeskripsikan penyantunan dalam Encyclopédie sebagai kebajikan dari jiwa besar yang peduli terhadap seluruh alam semesta lewat ikatan kemanusiaan.[1]

Etika penyantunan adalah sebuah pelajaran yang mengkaji pemakaian penyantunan.
