Anand Giridharadas
Anand Giridharadas/ˈɑːnənd ˌɡɪrɪˌdɑːrəˈdɑːs/[1] (lahir 27 September 1981)[2][3] adalah pengarang buku asal Amerika Serikat. Ia adalah mantan kolumnis harian The New York Times. Ia adalah pengarang dari tiga buku, India Calling: An Intimate Portrait of a Nation's Remaking (2011), The True American: Murder and Mercy in Texas (2014), and Winners Take All: The Elite Charade of Changing the World (2018). Kebanyakan tulisannya berfokus pada topik India dan warganya.

Kehidupan awal dan pendidikan
Giridharadas dibesarkan di Shaker Heights, Ohio, Maryland, dan Paris, Prancis[4][5][6] oleh ayah dan ibunya, Radhashyam dan Nandini Giridharadas (née, Lall).[2] Kunjungan ke keluarga jauhnya di India saat ia masih kecil menimbulkan ketertarikannya terhadap negara yang nantinya berpengaruh terhadap tulisan-tulisannya.[7] Ia mempelajari politik dan sejarah di Universitas Michigan.[8]
Kehidupan pribadi
Ia tinggal di Brooklyn, New York, bersama istrinya, Priya B. Parker.[9]
