I would like to add this to the template

It is not acceptable under the wmf:Resolution:Licensing_policy to have any other requirements than attribution. So this template is not good because it could lead uploaders to add all kind of requirements. I would therefore like to depreciate the template and add this:

This is not a valid license: Files uploaded after 2020-05-09 many not use this license. If they are uploaded with that license after that date please delete the file or nominate it for deletion.

For all files uploaded before that date

• If the file require attribution and no other terms are specified please change the license to {{Attribution}} (I could not find the right license but it has to look like Commons:Template:Attribution if there is another one please use that)
• If the file is your own and you do not require attribution please change the license to {{CC0}}
• If the file have other requirements please nominate for deletion (or change to Fair Use if relevant)

There are no end date but depending on how long you think it would take to check all the files you could set a time limit for example 6 months for uploaders and everyone else who would like to help check the files.
