R136a3 adalah bintang Wolf–Rayet di R136, gugus bintang masif yang terletak di Konstelasi Dorado. Lokasinya berada dekat dengan bintang R136a1, bintang paling masif dan bercahaya yang diketahui. R136a3 sendiri adalah salah satu bintang paling masif dan paling bercahaya yang dikenal dengan 180 kali lebih masif dan 3,8 juta kali lebih bercahaya dari Matahari.
