Kudeta militer 16 Mei (Hangul5.16 군사정변; Hanja五一六軍事政變; RRO-illyuk gunsa-jeongbyeon) adalah sebuah kudeta militer di Korea Selatan pada 1961, yang diadakan dan dilakukan oleh Park Chung-hee dan para sekutunya yang membentuk Komite Revolusi Militer, yang secara nominal dipimpin oleh Kepala Staf AD Chang Do-yong. Kudeta tersebut menggulingkan pemerintahan terpilih secara demokratis Yun Bo-seon dan mengakhiri Republik Kedua.
