Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) adalah sebuah virus DNA dari genus Begomovirus dan keluarga Geminiviridae. TYLCV menyebabkan penyakit paling destruktif terhadap tomat, dan dapat ditemukan di wilayah tropis dan subtropis.
