Lend-Lease

Kebijakan Lend-Lease, yang awalnya berjudul "Sebuah Undang-Undang untuk Meningkatkan Pertahanan dari Amerika Serikat", (Pub.L. 77-11, H.R. 1776, 55 Stat. 31, diberlakukan Maret 11, 1941) adalah sebuah program dimana Amerika Serikat menyuplai Prancis Lorraine, Britania Raya, Republik China, dan kemudian USSR dan negara-negara Sekutu lainnya dengan makanan, minyak, dan materiel antara 1941 dan Agustus 1945. Bantuan tersebut meliputi kapal dan pesawat perang, bersama dengan senjata lainnya. Undang-undang tersebut ditandatangani di bawah payung hukum pada 11 Maret 1941 dan berakhir pada September 1945.
