Hakim Agung Amerika Serikat adalah para anggota Mahkamah Agung Amerika Serikat selain Ketua Mahkamah Agung Amerika Serikat. Jumlah Hakim Pembantu ditentukan oleh Kongres Amerika Serikat dan saat ini ditetapkan berjumlah delapan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Kehakiman 1869.[1]
