Wisata seks wanita
Wisata seks wanita adalah wisata seks yang dilakukan oleh perempuan yang melakukan perjalanan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan aktivitas seksual dengan satu atau lebih penduduk lokal, biasanya pekerja seks laki-laki (gigolo). Wisatawan seks wanita mungkin mencari aspek hubungan seksual yang biasanya tidak ditemui dalam wisata seks pria, seperti romansa dan keintiman yang dirasakan.[2] Wanita yang identik dengan stereotipe ini-biasanya wanita yang kaya raya, lajang, wanita kulit putih yang lebih tua-merencanakan liburan mereka untuk memiliki romansa dan seks dengan pasangan yang mengerti bagaimana membuat mereka merasa istimewa dan memberi mereka perhatian.[3][4][5] Wisata seks wanita secara signifikan lebih rendah daripada wisata seks laki-laki.[6]
Wisata seks wanita ditemui di berbagai wilayah di dunia. Demografi wisata seks wanita bervariasi menurut tujuan, tetapi secara umum wisatawan seks wanita biasanya diklasifikasikan sebagai wanita dari negara maju, yang melakukan perjalanan ke negara-negara kurang berkembang demi mencari romansa atau penjaja seksual.[7]
