Yakovlev Yak-9 adalah pesawat tempur bermesin tunggal bersayap rendah yang digunakan oleh Uni Soviet pada masa Perang Dunia II dan setelahnya. Pada dasarnya pengembangan dari Yak-7 lebih ringan dengan persenjataan yang sama, tiba di medan perang pada akhir tahun 1942.

Yak-9 adalah pesawat tempur Soviet yang paling banyak diproduksi secara massal sepanjang masa. Ia tetap dalam produksi pada tahun 1942 hingga 1948, dengan total 16.769 pesawat (14.579 selama perang).[1] Yak-9 adalah pesawat Soviet pertama yang menembak jatuh sebuah jet Messerschmitt Me 262.[2] Setelah Perang Dunia II Yak-9 digunakan oleh Angkatan Udara Korea Utara selama Perang Korea.[3]
