Risky Van Hagen Early Life

I PUTU RISKY, often called Risky.vh (born September 28, 1999) is an Indonesian Model and content creator.

Risky was born in Denpasar, Bali, to Agus Kembarisna and Ketut Jelih. He has a  young sister named Riska Putri Aprilia and a younger Brother named Reksa Adiguna. He was raised in Denpasar. Risky began him education at Denpasar. He attended SD Saraswati 6 Denpasar and SMP (SLUB) Saraswati 1 in Denpasar. He continued her education at SMA (SLUA) Saraswati 1 in Denpasar Bali.

He attended Warmadewa University, Bali, majoring in Economics and business and graduated cum laude with a 3.59 GPA. During college, He was crowned Vice Chairman of the Warmadewa Marching Band. In 2017-2019 He participated at JOMC 2017 in Serang Banten and GPMB 2019 in Jakarta.

AS an Influencer

First of all, I’ am really passionate about Create something new. From a young age, my mother really instilled in a love for Creative industry. Growing up and until this day, I’ve been immensely inspired by the personal stories i saw throughout the years, and that’s what I wanted to do with my content. I want to share my journey, struggles, my story with others and hopefully they can be inspired as well.

What do you think of the current influencer industry and endorsement culture?

It’s super huge in Indonesia atm particularly in Bali. I think it’s great for creatives like me who love photography and creating content. In terms of the endorsement culture, for me personally I try to be as authentic as possible. In an industry where big brands are willing to pay you a lot of cash to drive their storyline/message, it’s important not to accept all the offers you are given because of this incentive only. I try to work with brands that I genuinely love and use on a daily basis. So, basically be as authentic as possible

"I stuck with my passions and my strengths. I knew what I wanted to do in terms of my career path after Bachelor degree and I worked hard for it. I focused on my Youtube channel and Instagram while also working in the Accounting here in Bali. These are fields that I’m really passionate about and I’m happy everyday to wake up and be doing what I do. This motivates me to continue to grow, create and be better everyday."

There are always new influencers entering the industry at any given time, and despite you girls starting as an influencer a long time ago, you’re still as relevant as ever. How did you grow as an influencer for a full time career?

It all starts with your passion. I believe you have to love what you do to produce quality. People think it’s easy to be in this line of work, but it’s far from the truth. We have one chapter in the book where we take the readers behind the scenes of what we do as a social media content creator / influencer and all the hard work behind it. Perseverance, hard work and having a positive attitude are key factors.

Controversies

Before being as a Content Creator and Model, Risky was criticized with regards to he connection to Amsterdam since he was not from there. He was raised in Bali, and He had never set foot in Amsterdam He just have any family or relatives from Amsterdam.
