Boston Gazette
Boston Gazette[a] (1719–1798) adalah surat kabar yang diterbitkan di Boston, di koloni Britania Raya di Amerika Utara. Surat kabar ini merupakan surat kabar mingguan yang didirikan oleh William Brooker, yang baru saja diangkat menjadi Kepala Kantor Pos Boston, dengan edisi pertamanya dirilis pada tanggal 21 Desember 1719.[1] Boston Gazette secara luas dianggap sebagai surat kabar paling berpengaruh dalam sejarah Amerika awal, terutama pada tahun-tahun menjelang dan menjelang Revolusi Amerika.[2][3] Pada tahun 1741, Boston Gazette menggabungkan New-England Weekly Journal, yang didirikan oleh Samuel Kneeland, dan menjadi Boston-Gazette, atau New-England Weekly Journal. Kontributornya meliputi: Samuel Adams, Paul Revere, Phillis Wheatley.
