Jennifer Joanna Aniston (lahir 11 Februari 1969) adalah seorang pemeran berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. Dia merupakan pemenang Emmy dan Golden Globe film Amerika Serikat.

Dia menjadi terkenal setelah memerankan tokoh Rachel Green pada sitcom ternama Friends. Ia lalu juga banyak bermain di film-film terkenal seperti Bruce Almighty, Along Came Polly and The Break-Up.

Sedangkan ibunya, Nancy Dow, adalah mantan model dan pemeran. Ayah baptisnya adalah Telly Savalas, seorang pemeran film Amerika Serikat. Ia mempunyai seorang kakak tiri dari pihak ibunya yaitu John T. Melick (lahir pada tanggal 6 juni 1959) dan seorang adik tiri dari pihak ayahnya yaitu Alexander Aniston (lahir pada tahun 1989).
