Beli di pesawat
Dalam penerbangan komersial, beli di pesawat / buy on board (BoB) adalah sebuah sistem ketika makanan dan/atau minuman dibayar di pesawat; biasanya makanan dan/atau minuman yang tidak termasuk dalam harga tiket untuk kelas harga tertentu.
Dimulai tahun 2003, banyak maskapai udara Amerika Serikat menghapus layanan makanan gratis di kelas ekonomi pada penerbangan Amerika Utara dan menggantikannya dengan layanan beli di pesawat.[1][2] Tahun 2009, banyak maskapai AS yang menetapkan beli di pesawat sebagai bagian dari gerakan pemberian harga à la carte.[3] Sekitar tahun tersebut, maskapai AS mulai menggunakan produk bernama selebriti dan bernama merek untuk membuat produk beli di pesawat mereka menghasilkan lebih banyak untung.[4]
