Eugenika
Eugenika adalah filosofi sosial yang berarti "memperbaiki" ras manusia dengan membuang orang-orang berpenyakit dan cacat serta memperbanyak individu sehat.[1]
Puncak dari penyalahgunaan eugenika adalah pelaksanaan ideologi pemurnian ras yang dijalankan rezim NSDAP di bawah kendali pemimpinnya, Adolf Hitler.
Pada abad ke-20, banyak negara melakukan berbagai kebijakan eugenika dengan berbagai cara, seperti pemaksaan aborsi, genosida, pengendalian kelahiran, pengamatan genetika, dan pelarangan menikah.
