Visi Indonesia 2030
Visi 2030 atau Indonesia Vision 2030 is a vision of Indonesia in 2030 which will be Developed Countries in 2020 while five of the world's greatest economy in 2030. This vision was developed by Yayasan Indonesia Forum and stated in a press conference on March 22 2007.
Target of Indonesia Vision in 2030
In this vision it is stated that:
- The Indonesian economy will be a force number 5 in the world in 2030 after the China, India, United States and European Union
- Total population of 275-280 million people,
- GDP Nominal Indonesia could reach $ 5.1 trillion,
- Nominal Per Capita Income U.S. $ 18,000 and U.S. $ 35,000 in PPP with economic equality between Indonesia West, Central, and East,
- Indonesia will enter the ranks of the top 30 best human resources in the world,
- 30 Indonesian companies will enter the Fortune 500 Company in the world.
Phase
To make this happen. There are 3 phased that must be passed: 1. Correction / start phase(2007-2015): -Preparation with a focus on strengthening primary foundation. -Target Economy grows 5-7 percent per year. -Adopting technologies from abroad while develop technology in the country.
- This target is catch up now,In 2007 until 2011 Indonesia growth 30%..
2007=6% 2008=4.5%(Economic Crisis) 2009=6% 2010=6.4% 2011=7%
2. Acceleration Phase(2015-2025): -The economy is driven by the growth sector industrial and service sectors -The target growth ranges from 9-11 percent per year. Growth and contribution of services sector is high, exceeding the industry sector, bringing Indonesia incoming group of Developed countries. -Stronger encouragement of industrialization.
3. Continous development Phase(2025-2030): -Strengthen domestic economic strength and prosperity Indonesian society. - Economic growth ranged between 7-9 percent per year. - Indonesia entered the Top 5 superpowers Economy.
Assumptions
To achieve the ideals and dreams of this, some assumptions have to be achieved, namely:
- Real economic growth on average 7.62% / year,
- Inflation rate of 4.95% / year,
- The average population growth of 1% per year.
If all components work together with synergy to manage various advantages such as natural resources and solve problems in the country, then this dream would succeed. Some of these problems include: realizing the community a civilized and quality, creating a public life democratic, realizing the security / unity and peace, and a just and sustainable development.
Response
- In his speech, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, felt confident that Indonesia can enter the ranks of economic five of the world began 2030.
- According to the Haryono Suyono, the success of the dream vision of Indonesia 2030 requires the government community together to prepare qualified human resources, through education and training during the first 15 years. These ideals can only be achieved if we all commit to give attention and high priority on education, especially in the field of pure and applied science, computer science and electronics, as well as education character and global knowledge.
Today State condition and Forecast the Future state
World Bank and IMF use GDP and Income Percapita NOMINAL,because Nominal is more accurate and depends on price each country than PPP:
- 2010:
GDP Nominal Indonesia: US$800 Billion(No.15 in the World). Population:237 Million. Income Percapita National (Nominal): US$3,500(Middle Income).. The highest in East Kalimantan US$18,000 and the lowest in North Maluku US$500.
- 2015:
GDP Nominal Indonesia: US$1.5 Trillion(No.13 in the World). Population:249 Million. Income Percapita National: US$6,000-US$6,500(Upper Middle Income).. The highest in East Kalimantan US$25,000 and the lowest in North Maluku US$1,000.
- 2020:
GDP Nominal Indonesia: US$3.2 Trillion Billion(No.10 in the World). Population:260 Million. Income Percapita National: US$12,500(High Income).. The highest in East Kalimantan US$25,000 and the lowest in North Maluku US$5,000.
- 2025:
GDP Nominal Indonesia: US$3.8 T until US$4.5 Trillion(No.7 in the World). Population:270 Million. Income Percapita National: US$14,000 until US$16,500(High Income).. The highest in East Kalimantan US$30,000 and the lowest in North Maluku US$7,000.
- 2030:
GDP Nominal Indonesia: US$5.1 Trillion(No.5 in the World). Population:280 Million. Income Percapita National: US$20,000.. Equality in West Indonesia,Central and East Indonesia.
- Today,East Indonesia is the poorest region in Indonesia with the highest in Papua US$1,000.
- West Indonesia is the 2nd richest region in Indonesia with the highest income in Jakarta and Riau US$15,000
- Central Indonesia is the richest region in Indonesia with the highest income in East Kalimantan US$18,000
